I adored my time teaching high school Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Math to 250 teenagers per year. During this time,I learned how the adolecent brain worked and how to manage large groups of independent thinkers.

I've spoken to audiences of up to 8,000 people and was keynote speaker for a conference of 1,500+ attendees sharing my passion for personal growth and being leaders of our own lives.

Women's Coach

Since 2012, I've mentored and coached teams of up to 3,000 people, through one on one meetings, small group coaching, self led courses and weekly training calls.

Retreat Host

Planned, led and delivered multiple sessions for 4 transformational retreats and large-scale personal development events with hundreds of women in the beautiful Rockies.
